1. Time for exchange/return of goods
Customers can exchange or return goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for exchange/return, the product must be intact, unused, undamaged, and have the original labels and packaging intact.
2. Conditions for exchange/return
The product must not be washed, worn, or altered from its original state.
The product must have a purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
Final sale products are generally not accepted for return or exchange.
3. Exchange/return process
Step 1: Customers contact the store’s customer service department to notify about the exchange/return of the product and receive detailed instructions.
Step 2: Pack the product carefully and return it to the store at the address provided.
Step 3: After the store receives and checks the product, it will proceed to exchange or refund the customer within 7-10 working days.
4. Shipping costs
If the reason for the return is due to a defective or wrongly sent product, the store will bear all shipping costs.
If the customer returns for personal reasons (not the right size, not satisfied), the customer may have to bear the return shipping costs.
5. Refund
The refund will be made according to the customer’s original payment method. The refund time depends on the bank or payment service provider, usually taking 5-7 working days after confirmation.
This policy is to ensure customer satisfaction when shopping at the store, while maintaining transparency and convenience in the product exchange/return process.
